检测滤光片的划痕/麻点

所有 Semrock 滤光片均按照为光学元件制定的行业标准进行检查。Semrock 依赖于标准 ANSI/OEOSC OP1.002-2009 中包含的美国国家标准协会 (ANSI) 制定的定义和检查技术。这为我们的客户提供了参考,我们的滤光片符合并根据行业标准进行检查。

正如标准中所定义的,一个 40 瓦的白炽灯或两个 15 瓦的荧光灯用于在黑色背景下照亮测试单元。每个滤光片都经过肉眼检查并与比较标准进行比较。在测试过程中,将该光学部件放在灯下,相对于员工的眼睛成 45° 的入射角。 

在这些条件下,对每个滤光片进行目视检查。这确保了使用标准定义的视觉缺陷标准来判断每个滤光片 – 包括边缘/角落碎片、划痕和麻点、突起和缺陷等缺陷。

 

  ANSI 标准将划痕(Scratch)定义为“光学表面的标记或撕裂,其 V 形槽轮廓的尺寸明显长于宽度……这是一种长缺陷。” 划痕(Scratch)以其宽度为特征,客户通过指定位于滤光片通光孔径 (CA) 内的划痕(Scratch)的宽度来定义他们的要求。(即“60”划痕指定 60 微米作为位于滤光片 CA 的划痕的允许宽度。)

 

这是基于比较而非测量的确定。

 

      ANSI 标准将麻点(Digs)定义为“圆形且有时不规则形状的孔或空隙(针孔);包括研磨坑和打开的夹带气泡。” 麻点(Digs)的特点是其实际直径以 10 微米为单位指定,客户通过指定位于滤光片通光孔径 CA 内的麻点(Digs)的直径来定义他们的要求。(即,“40”麻点(Digs)指定将 400 微米确定为位于滤光片 CA 中的允许宽度。)同样,这是基于比较而不是实际测量。

我们培训过程的一步是审查标准,重点关注视觉缺陷定义及其特征。然后,该员工将与 Semrock 培训师配对,让他们熟悉工作空间布局、Bryson 比较标准以及清洁和检查流程的标准作业程序(SOP)。

在观察培训师使用正确的方法后,员工开始根据比较标准检查滤光片。通过重复使用比较标准,员工开始在观察到的缺陷与标准之间建立关联,并且随着时间的推移,减少参考的持续使用。员工“训练他们的眼睛”并能够根据规范判断 S/D,很少依赖比较标准。

在此培训过程中,受训人员检查的滤光片由经过员工重新检查。通过这种方式,我们确保这些滤光片符合规范。发现的任何有缺陷的滤光片都将返回给受训者,并提供学习反馈。

一旦受训人员展示了正确检查和表征缺陷的能力,她就会接受“测试”以在此过程中获得通过。要求员工正确描述缺陷的测试是使用一组“缺陷滤光片”黄金套件进行的;该套件中,滤光片的缺陷已被完全表征和尺寸定义。

一旦在这些测试中达到 90% 的熟练度,员工就会获得通过。获得通过的员工每年都会使用“缺陷滤光片”黄金套件进行重新测试。所有 Semrock 员工都使用相同的“缺陷滤光片”组进行重新通过,从而形成统一的质量线并一致的结果。 

通过这种方式,Semrock 能够立即获得正确的解决方案。
