Semrock 滤光片的方向

Semrock 滤光片具有高的耐久性,您可以很容易将其安装在显微镜的滤镜盒、滑块和滤光片转轮中。为获得好的性能,应按照正确的方向把滤光片安装到显微镜中,请参照以下图解,学习滤光片在显微镜的正确安装方向:

已装配好带边框的激发片和发射片的正确安装方向

滤光片上的箭头方向与光路中光的方向一致。具体如下: 激发片的箭头方向是从光源指向二向色镜, 发射片的箭头方向是从二向色镜指向眼睛或相机。

二向色镜通常未装配在镜框内,也应正确安装:二向色镜有反射镀膜的一面正对激发片或光源和样品。如下图所示。

二向色镜和其他未装配的无边框的滤光片都有特征性的方向标记,通过这些标记,可以找出镀膜面,需要迎光照射来的方向。 方向性的标记通常在滤光片的表面(光刻、开槽雕刻线、标记黑点等),或者在滤光片的侧边,标记为箭头(^),这些标记在下图中展示,可作为对应的方向指导。

  • Semrock 商标: 商标面正对着入射光。
  • 刻线: 在滤光片的某一面的下方有刻线,刻线的面正对着入射光。稍微倾斜一定的角度能更加容易的看清刻线。
  • 点: 在滤光片的某一面有一个小点,小点的面正对着入射光。稍微倾斜一定的角度能更加容易的看清小点。
  • 箭头: 在滤光片的侧边,标记为箭头(^),箭头的方向就是光行进的方向。

请注意: 很多滤光片都是双面镀膜的,所以区别镀膜面并无意义,关键是安装方向要正确。镀膜面对着光照射进来的方向!

无标记的滤光片如何区分方向

如果肉眼观察二向色镜,您可以看到亮物体的双反射,并明显看到此滤光片远端边缘的厚度。说明此时,反射镀膜面在滤光片的下面 (如下左图所示)。

如果肉眼观察二向色镜,您可以看到亮物体的占优势的单反射,同时,此滤光片远端边缘的厚度不可见,说明此时,反射镀膜面在滤光片的上面(如下右图所示)。
