离子束溅射镀膜(IBS)

Semrock 生产的滤光片采用了一种称为离子束溅射(IBS)的沉积工艺。该稳定的工艺以其可重复沉积数百个低损耗(高透过)、高光学级别的厚度精度、和牢靠薄膜层的能力。

滤光片的耐久性

我们的滤光片具有长的使用寿命和出类拔萃的性能,不受环境条件和强光照明系统(包括高功率激光器)的影响。

用波长和波数来测量光

通常通过功率或强度随波长的分布来识别光的“颜色”。有时以“波数”为单位来描述光很方便,其中波数w等于波长的倒数,因此与频率成正比。

滤光片光谱的测量

滤光片的测量 -使用市售的分光光度计来测量滤光片的透射率和 OD 光谱性能,但是当滤光片具有较高的边缘陡度和/或非常深的阻塞时,这些仪器可能会受到重大限制。

包装

Semrock 对标准尺寸的目录滤光片使用单独的 PET-G 包装。

真空释放(VR)凝胶包装

对于有些滤光片,当其部件尺寸和窄基材厚度很特殊,很难以从标准凝胶包中取出时,Semrock 使用真空释放 Vacuum-ReleaseTM (VR) Gel-Pak 包装来包装它们。

Sutter 螺纹环
