清洁 Semrock 滤光片

清洁基础:

Semrock 制造了硬镀膜滤光片,但重要的是,所有光学元件都很脆弱,应小心处理。避免或尽量减少与任何光学元件的直接接触。如果您使用的是非 Semrock 生产的滤光片,请咨询您的滤光片供应商,以确保使用清洁化学品和溶剂不会损坏滤光片。因为 Semrock 只提供硬镀膜滤光片,所以,Semrock 的所有滤光片(包括二向色镜)都可以使用以下推荐的方法进行清洁。

材料:

推荐使用以下材料来清洁您的滤光片:

  • 无粉末的实验室手套    不要让手指上的油脂弄脏玻璃,也不要把化学溶剂沾到皮肤上;
  • 眼睛保护    请注意不要让任何溶剂进入您的眼睛;
  • 压缩空气    理想的选择是,使用清洁过滤的实验室压缩氮气或空气;当然,也可以使用罐装的压缩空气或者在相对清洁的环境中使用类似”洗耳球“的吹气袋;
  • 无绒棉签    棉签,或是无绒棉签,或专业擦镜纸;
  • 擦镜纸    也可使用无绒的组织纸;
  • 清洁剂    我们推荐使用异丙醇(IPA)和/或丙酮,手持此溶剂时,请格外小心,要避免吸入此溶剂。

 

步骤:

Blow off contaminants from optic1) 吹掉污染物。    因为许多污染物只是松散的附着在滤光片的表面上,可以被吹掉。 请您使用适度的气流,维持固定的斜角,在表面上缓慢移动气流(既不要垂直吹其表面,也不要顺着表面的方向吹)。 请重复以上操作直到吹掉所有的松散微粒为止。

2) 清洁滤光片。    如果上述操作后,滤光片上还有灰尘和碎片, 它们可能是较紧密地粘附在滤光片表面上。 此时,需要使用机械强制力和/或化学作用来清理它们。请您多次折叠无绒棉签或擦镜纸成三角形,来创建一个坚固但非常尖的末端(也可以使用无绒棉签), 然后使用异丙醇或丙酮蘸湿擦镜纸或棉签。

注意事项:
(注意:不要使用过多溶剂) 清洁光学组件的关键是用恒定的速度来维持一个持续的动作,有人选择使用”8 字形“的方式来清洁,也有人选择从部件的中间开始,逐圈向外螺旋形清洁(如下图所示)。 不要在表面上停止清洁; 请保持擦拭运动在一个恒定的速度,当达到样品的边沿时,请勿提起移动中的擦拭工具。

3) 检查滤光片。    为确保滤光片已充分清洁,请使用室内灯光或任何白色光源来检查镜片。 小技巧:一边倾斜或旋转此镜片,一边靠近眼睛检查。 如果还有污物存在,请更换新的擦拭工具或棉签,重复上述步骤2;

4) 重复步骤 1-3。    对滤光片的另一面重复操作1-3。 

 

预先注意事项:

当您清洁边缘黑化处理的滤光片时: 只能使用异丙醇或其他水性清洁溶剂。
请避免使用类似丙酮、甲醇及其他化学溶剂。 因为这些化学溶剂会损坏此类滤光片的边缘黑化物质。
请不要用力擦拭此类滤光片的黑化边缘。

注意: 异丙醇和丙酮各有利弊,请两者都试过后,选择更佳清洁溶剂。
