BrightLine® 1 λ 平整度 SRM 激光显微镜激发块盒

SRM 高分辨率显微镜激发块盒为基于激光器的显微镜设立了新参数。这些激发块盒经过了处理,可以装配 λ/2 平整度的 1 mm 厚的 SRM 高分辨率显微镜二向色镜分光镜。增加信噪比、减少以下应用的失真。如 TIRF、共聚焦、PALM、STORM、SIM 及其他 SRM 技术。

  • 使用 1 mm 厚的二向色镜分光镜,装配后为 1λ P-V RWE 每英寸的平整度
  • 增加切换速度、减少光斑变形、减少发射光的散射
  • 即使在使用较大直径的照明光斑时,也可减少反射波前扭曲

传统的显微镜镜盒会减少二向色镜分光镜的平整度,因此会带来偏差,但是 SRM 成像系统对光学波前扭曲非常敏感,需要高质量的部件以取得较好的系统敏感度。相对于标准的二向色镜分光镜,我们新推出的λ/2 平整度(厚度 1 mm )的激光二向色镜分光镜可以减少聚焦偏移、减少反射光斑的变形,但是,为了实现这些产品的平整度性能,这些二向色镜分光镜需要小心的安装进显微镜激发块盒中。Semrock 使用了合适的方法,可以在激发块盒中安装 λ/2 平整度的 SRM 1 mm 厚的二向色镜分光镜,从而实现平整度性能。

该产品作为目录产品提供,亦可购买适用于常见显微镜型号的激发块盒。

 

1λ RWE 的平整度 – 应用于 TIRF / 高分辨率的显微镜激发块

高分辨率应用的显微镜激发块为激光显微镜设立了新的标准。这些立方体(又称为激发块或镜盒)经过优化,可安装 1λ RWE 1 mm厚的高分辨率激光二向色镜分束镜。可以增加信噪比,显著降低伪影,尤其适合在TIRF、共聚焦、PALM、STORM、SIM 和其他高分辨率技术中应用。

传统的显微镜激发块立方体会显著降低二向色镜分束镜的平整度,从而导致了像差。但是,高分辨率成像系统对光学波前畸变非常敏感,需要高质量的光学元件来获得更好的仪器灵敏度。我们的 1λ RWE 1 mm 厚的激光二向色镜分束镜与标准二向色镜分束镜相比,减少了反射光束中的聚焦位移和像差。需要说明的是,为了充分发挥它们的平整度潜力,这些二向色镜分束镜需要小心地安装在显微镜激发块镜盒中。Semrock 开发了专有的工艺,在镜盒中安装 1λ RWE 平整度1 mm厚度的高分辨率二向色镜分束镜,可以达到其原有的平整度性能。安装后的激发块,达到了1λ RWE 平整度,无须重新校准,作为标准目录产品提供,可配套选择与常用显微镜兼容的镜盒。
