BrightLine® λ/2 平整度SRM激光显微镜激发块盒

SRM 高分辨率显微镜激发块盒为基于激光器的显微镜设立了新参数。这些激发块盒经过了处理,可以装配 λ/2 平整度的1 mm 厚的 SRM 高分辨率显微镜二向色镜分光镜。增加信噪比、减少以下应用的失真。如 TIRF、共聚焦、PALM、STORM、SIM 及其他 SRM 技术。

  • 使用 1 mm 厚的二向色镜分光镜,装配后为 λ/2 P-V 每英寸的平整度
  • 增加切换速度、减少光斑变形、减少发射光的散射
  • 即使在使用较大直径的照明光斑时,也可减少反射波前扭曲
  • 可应用于常规的激光线 & 显微镜激发块盒 (例如 奥林巴斯 U-MF2 & U-FF, 蔡司 FL Cube EC P&C, 尼康 TE 2000)


传统的显微镜镜盒会减少二向色镜分光镜的平整度,因此会带来偏差,但是 SRM 成像系统对光学波前扭曲非常敏感,需要高质量的部件以取得较好的系统敏感度。相对于标准的二向色镜分光镜,我们新推出的λ/2 平整度(厚度 1 mm )的激光二向色镜分光镜可以减少聚焦偏移、减少反射光斑的变形,但是,为了实现这些产品的平整度性能,这些二向色镜分光镜需要小心的安装进显微镜激发块盒中。Semrock 使用了合适的方法,可以在激发块盒中安装 λ/2 平整度的 SRM 1 mm 厚的二向色镜分光镜,从而实现平整度性能。
