Semrock 的激光二向色镜分光镜相对于前代产品,平整度增加!

Semrock 的激光二向色镜分光镜相对于前代产品,平整度增加!我们为 SRM 高分辨率显微镜设立了新的平整度: 新产品 3 mm 厚的滤光片的平整度为λ/10 P-V 每英寸 ,同时在我们现有的 1 mm 厚度的滤光片增加平整度为每英寸 λ/2 P-V 。每个产品都有 Semrock 测量出的陡率、扩展短波反射到 350 nm、长波透过到 1200 或 1600 nm.

tableSRM 高分辨率成像系统对光学波前扭曲高度敏感,所以需要高质量的部件,为了定位这个市场的需求,Semrock 发布了新的激光二向色镜分光镜:平整度参数为 λ/10 ,从而减少了反射波前扭曲,因此增加了SRM 高分辨率显微镜的信号和信噪比。
