在适当的时候,产品或市场经理将收集可用的信息并起草新项目提案(NPP)。
项目提案(NPP)将根据启动会议“需要什么”中列出的问题总结所有答案。以下信息是 NPP 的一部分:

要求:

产品要求的列表,包括形式、配合、功能、接口(物理连接、通信协议)、软件命令和行为。
此列表定义了将产品发布到生产工作流所需的内容。

风险评估(至今):
