光谱测量的局限性

Limitations of Spectral Measurements

使用光谱仪对滤光片进行滤光片的光谱测量受到了一些局限性,尤其是在试图测量陡峭的边缘和急剧过渡时。

  1. 未准直的光束
    光谱仪通常有一个样品室,样品位于光束焦点处。光束的CHA通常在3-5º范围内。这导致光谱在包含的角度上被整合,软化了光谱中的边缘陡度和角。
  2. 有限的灵敏度
    即使有参考光束衰减,也很难实现OD=7以上的OD测量。随着测量值接近此值,光谱开始偏离标准光谱仪中预测的性能。
  3. 光谱分辨率和灵敏度之间的权衡

为了测量高OD值,客户经常打开其光谱仪的缝隙以增加入射光强度。这样,光谱细节在许多波长上得到平滑,并在陡峭的边缘观察到“测量伪像”。减少缝隙宽度将减少伪影并增加光谱分辨率,但导致OD测量灵敏度的降低。

IDEX Health&Science已通过设计定制光谱测量系统来解答这些问题。这些定制系统使我们的团队能够测量、测试和验证具有深度阻挡和/或陡峭光谱边缘的设计。

我们的主力军是Peregrine 光谱测量系统。它的设计使用CHA <0.3º,以减少上述主要错误来源之一。它使IDEX Health&Science在为我们的 Semrock滤光片 开发陡峭的边缘和多波段设计方面始终表现好。

KolaDeep SMS 是我们新的光谱测量系统,它将Peregrine SMS样品配置的功能与专有的光学设计相结合,在不影响光谱分辨率的情况下提供好的灵敏度。它可以在275-800nm范围内测量OD>8,在800-1100nm范围内测量OD>7,同时测量整个边缘斜率和透射区域。
