用于 LED 光源的 BrightLine® 多色滤光片组

基于 LED 的光源已逐渐应用于荧光成像。但在大多数成像系统的配置中,因为用户仍在使用传统的为汞灯和氙灯设计的滤光片组, LED 光源的潜能尚未得到发挥。  Semrock 提供 27 种适用于 LED 光源的滤光片组。包括单带通和多带通滤光片组。 在光谱上适用于流行的 LED 光源的滤光片组:CoolLED,Excelitas Technologies ( X-Cite®),和 Lumencor。

Semrock 推出适用于 LED 光源的全多色 – 四带通多激发滤光片组,适用于 DAPI,FITC,TRITC,Cy5:产品型号为:LED-DA/FI/TR/Cy5-4X-B 适合同时转染了四种荧光染料的样品,如 DAPI, FITC, TRITC, 和 Cy5 (或其他近似波长的荧光染料 )。该多色滤光片组由三片单独的滤光片组成,包括一片四色的激发滤光片、一片四色的分色滤光片、和一片四色的发射滤光片,可以简单容易的装配在一个单独的显微镜镜盒中,这个配置既可以观察单一的一种荧光染料,也可以观察多种共同染色的荧光染料。
