探索 Avant™ Alexa Fluor® 546 荧光滤光片组

高级产品经理 Xavier El Baz 表示:“Avant™ 系列滤光片的开发标志着我司的滤光片工艺的重大突破,这将对生命科学行业产生影响。”

虽然每个荧光滤光片组都有一个间隙,将激发和发射通带分开,但许多短斯托克斯位移探针组都有大间隙,可以将发射滤光片移动到更长的波长。发射滤光片捕获较少的荧光,因此滤光片组的性能降低。到目前为止,镀膜工艺的限制和过度渗入发射通道导致了性能较低的滤光片组,这影响了当今的许多荧光系统。
