Semrock® 的八色荧光成像的解决方案

过去十年,在荧光成像领域,基于 LED 的光源已经大量取代了气体放电灯(或弧光灯),因为 LED 能够实现更快的通道切换,提供离散的输出波长,消耗更少的能源,并提供显著更长的寿命。在这种激发技术的变化中,需要考虑的一个重要因素是,LED 光源的光谱特征和能量分布不同于弧光灯。

为解决频谱不匹配造成的透射能量损失,Semrock® 研发了新的滤光片组,将激发滤光片与当今市场上常用的基于 LED 的光源的独特光谱峰匹配。

BrightLine® 八色荧光滤光片组的好处:

比传统的多波段滤光片组,新的 LED 优化的 BrightLine® 滤光片组提供了几个好处:

  • 出色的信号质量:激发滤光片的频谱定位可提供 Semrock® 中明亮的信号和好的信噪比。
  • 降低了复杂性和成本:单波段和相应的多波段配置激发带相同,这样的好处显而易见,基于 LED 光源的滤光片在单波段和多波段成像之间切换时可实现好的过渡,既降低了复杂性,又可显著节约成本。。
  • 广泛的选择: BrightLine® LED 滤光片组系列包括 20 多个滤光片组,支持单波段、“全多带”、“Pinkel” 和 “Sedat” 配置。滤光片组包括五波段(5 通道),四波段(4 通道),和三波段(3 通道),可用于配置常用的荧光染料。
  • 价格适中的八色图像: 五通道 LED-DA/FI/TR/Cy5/Cy7-5X-A 和三通道 LED-CFP/YFP/mCherry-3X-A 滤光片具有互补通道,为一个样品中的八种荧光染料的成像,提供了一个简单现成的解决方案。五带和三带滤光片所有八个通道之间的分离使八色成像变得容易和负担得起。
