抗击 COVID-19,Semrock®发货了第500万片滤光片

IDEX Health & Science 在 COVID-19 导致需求增加的情况下,运送了第 500 万片 Semrock® 滤光片。

纽约罗切斯特,IDEX Health & Science(IH&S)宣布,Semrock 滤光片已达到一个重要的里程碑,已发货 500 万片。Semrock 设计生产的滤光片为生命科学市场提供了一个重要而牢靠的组件,该组件已被业内广泛采用。近期,人们大量通过光学滤光片来检测(通过聚合酶链式反应 PCR 设备)和监控(通过下一代测序设备)来检测 SARS-CoV-2 病原体,该病原体带来的流行病导致了滤光片产品需求的大幅度增加。

Semrock 滤光片用于区分光的波长,驱动荧光标记分子的检测灵敏度。在生命科学应用中,如 SRM 高分辨率显微镜、DNA测序和高光谱成像,该类仪器以一个光子一个光子的方式检测样本,并依靠Semrock滤光片精确地阻挡或通过特定波长的光。这是通过控制的分子沉积方法和集成设计算法实现的。
