Sutter 螺纹外框

Semrock与 Sutter Instruments 公司合作,为我们的滤光片设计并引入了一个集成滤光片轮安装环,该环的螺纹与 Sutter 滤光片转轮中的开口相匹配。通过这种包含在内的安装系统,将滤光片和带螺纹的固定环合并到一个组件中(见图 1)。传统上,Sutter 滤光轮被设计为可以接受厚度为 9 mm 的滤光片,每个滤光片转轮位置均包含一个由滤杯(Cup)和固定环组成的安装硬件系统。Semrock / Sutter 集成一体的螺纹环解决方案的设计为:不需要传统安装的固定环,可直接使用螺纹环安装。从而消除了对滤杯和外环硬件的需求。

“ Sutter 螺纹环”选项可适用于所有 Semrock “ Pinkel”(带多波段发射片的单波段激发片)和“ Sedat”(单带激发片和发射片)的多色滤光片组。该选项由附加在滤光片组目录零件号上的后缀 “ -S01 ”表示,价格上:带有“ Pinkel”组中每个激发滤光片或“Sedat”组中每个激发和发射滤光片标称价格溢价20美元。

可以使用 Sutter 螺纹环选件购买基材厚度 ≤ 2 mm 的单个目录滤光片。该选项由附加在产品目录号后缀“-STR”表示,并带有每个带 -STR 的滤光片价格增加 20 美元。

 

Sutter 螺纹环用激光标记有箭头,以指示光传播方向(DLP)。

  • 激发滤光片: 箭头指向螺纹方向上的肩部。当将滤光片插入激发光路径中使用的 Sutter 的 Lambda-10(螺纹款)的滤光片轮中时,DLP 中的箭头指向显微镜。
  • 发射滤光片: 箭头指向两个凹口方向,远离肩膀。当将滤光片插入发射光路径中使用的 Sutter 的 Lambda-10(螺纹款)滤光片轮中时,DLP 中的箭头指向远离显微镜并指向探测器的方向。
