受激拉曼散射 (SRS)

在 SRS 显微镜中,与 CARS 显微镜一样,泵浦光子和斯托克斯光子都入射到样品上。如果频率差 SRS = pump – Stokes 匹配分子振动 ( vib) 发生振动过渡的受激激发。与 CARS 不同的是,在 SRS 中,没有与激光的激发波长不同的波长的信号。相反,泵浦波长处的散射光强度经历受激拉曼损耗 (SRL),而斯托克斯波长处的散射光强度经历受激拉曼增益 (SRG)。SRS 显微镜相对于 CARS 显微镜的主要优势在于:它提供了具有改进图像的无背景化学成像,这两者对于生物医学成像应用都很重要,其中水代表样品中非共振背景信号的主要来源。
